What is different about CrossFit Ithaca compared to other gyms and classes? One thing is that we don't use weight machines. We learn how to move our bodies the way they were designed to be used. We don't care how you look - we chase performance, not appearance. We're forging not only elite fitness, but also a sense of community. Think of our gym as a playground for adults. Our workouts are hard and require a strong inner drive as well as the extra motivation only group classes can provide. Your success defines our success.
