Wow! I hope that's a typo because 10! (3 628 800) is a lot of kettlebell swings!
You're done when you've finished all the KB swings. You can break it into as many sets as you want, but you have to bear crawl every time you put down the KB. On the up side, if you get all 10! in one set, no tiresome bear crawls. :-)
I thought we had been doing really easy workouts lately . . .
Its 10 kb swings, bear crawl, 9 swings, bear crawl, 8 swings. . . .
Snatch: Burgener warmup, 75, 85, 95, 95, 75, 75 (2 reps)
Mishka: 35 lb kettlebell, 11:50ish but I cut it to 1 bear crawl lap on the 3,2,1 rep sets.
My advice for the late crowd, don't stop at the turns and just keep going, it hurt more to sit then to crawl.
Snatch: 22 x 3 x 2, 32 x 3 x 2, 37 x 3 x 2, 42 x 3 x 3
Mishka: 10 to 1 KB - 25 lb, 1 bear crawl lap in between KB, in 7:23. Felt the quads burn on the bear crawls but my arms already feel sore!!
New burpe rule - if Clea is late she does 5 burpes per minute. She was later than us but still there before noon, so no burpes for her today!

Mishka: 10 to 1 KB - 35 lb, 1 bear crawl lap in between KB, in 7:55. Very hard, KB swings were a pleasant "rest" from bear crawls!
Paleo Day 3: B: eggs w/ham, pear; L: turkey, salad, S: nuts, seeds; D: chicken, salad, nuts - hard to resist the homemade cake at dinner, but I did it. Only 27 days to go.
Rest Day today. Hoping to do Mishka tomorrow or Friday.
Dinner was: 4 egg guacamole omelet. Medium salad with sprouts, tomatoes and cucumber. A little bit of pulled pork (big serving for average person) and an absurd amount of snow peas (these are only quasi-paleo). No cake to resist.

Some snatch practice... and then Mishka. Very strange (or at least other people will think you're strange) to do this workout any place other than a CrossFit gym! :) I had to guess on the proper distance for the bear crawls, but I think I was pretty close. 9:52 with 35-lb DB (no KBs available).
