Fun time tonight!
Warmed up with agility ladder drills and shoulder rolls, then went through the whole plyo series before class. Ran out of time for Мишка. Extra plyos in class. Can already feel my calves. Funny thing: My ankle hurt before I started jumping . . . feels great now.
Dinner: piggery bratwurst and broccoli + oyster mushrooms with toasted pinenuts and bacon. And urfa biber pepper. Orange for desert. Yum.

Plyometrics and gymnastics were both fun- I enjoyed the inverted hang practice :)
... now to conquer the 24" box.
Morning in NYC: hotel room workout - no equipment needed:
10 rounds of 10 push-ups; 10 sit-ups, 10 squats
Evening class: plyometrics and other stuff was very fun!

Paleo Day 5: B: eggs whites, vegs, chicken sausage; L: salmon, salad; D: chicken; broccoli, brussel spouts; snack: too many nuts. 25 days to go.
