then, AMRAP in 10 minutes:

6 dumbbell or kettlebell snatches per hand

6 push ups (or 2 handstand push ups)

Clean drills then 55x5, 75x5, 95x3, 95x2, 105x2, 105x2 or something like that. Finally feel comfortable cleaning.

Then 9 rounds in 10 minutes with 30 lb dumbbell for the metcon.

Lots of improvement and good practice on everybody's cleans today!

Work sets:
Snatch from high hang: 73lb x 2 x 5
Clean from high hang: 98 x 2 x 5
Snatch push press: 93 x 5 98 x 5 x 3 93 x 5
Front Squat: 123 x 3 x 5
Weighted sit-up 25 x 10 x 3
Lots of stretching.

Lunch: 4 scrambled eggs + pesto, an orange. 1 week sugar free now.

Clean practice: good practice, but arms felt kinda lifeless.

Metcon: 10 rounds plus 6 snatches - with 20lb DB - Fun workout - 6 is a really nice number!

Paleo Day 6: B: chicken sausage; L: chicken, veg; nuts; D: tuna, salad. Getting easier as the days go by. Thanks to Clea for leading the way!

5 x 1 125 pld cleans

12 rounds with 30 pld dumbbell for the metcon.

Three hours later, a very cold and windy 13.5mile run for 1hr 49min
