Get started by coming to one of our free intro workouts! You'll learn a little about our program and try a CrossFit style workout to see if its your thing.

After that:
Get started with private training! It takes time to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Only when you have consistency with the movements is it safe to bring the intensity. Private training is appropriate for both individuals just starting out and for more advanced athletes looking to start CrossFit. The introduction package has 5 private sessions for $200 to learn the foundational movements and jump right into group classes!

Nutrition
Nutrition is a large part of our program. We don't require a specific diet, but do require that everyone be cognizant of what they are eating. There are lots of different types of diets, from weighing and measuring on the Zone, to cyclical carb consumption on a Metabolic diet type plan. There are only a couple constants that hold true for any nutritional plan: industrial food = bad, real food and bacon = good. Figuring out which diet works best for you is part of any private or group training, whether your goal is to lose weight or gain weight, get a 600lb deadlift or run a marathon.
