Introduction Package: Take five private lessons for $200 to learn the foundational movements and jump right into group classes.

Private training for groups and individuals is available. Training sessions last one hour. The first session and consulatation is always free!

Private training is $50 for one person, $30 each for two people, $25 each for 3+ people.

Group Classes

Use our member website, to register as a gym member and sign up for group class memberships.

Rates:

$95 10 classes per month  ($80 at discount rate)

$125 Unlimited classes per month ($105 at discount rate)

A 15% discount is available to fire fighters, first responders, LEO, and active duty military on monthly packages.
